PROGRAM REGISTRATION
- Click here to download the Playground app. You can use this app to fill out an application, provide tuition payments, check your child into school daily, and receive notifications and photos.
- Upon acceptance, a $100 pre-registration fee is required per family.
- Upon acceptance, a $500 deposit is due. This deposit is held and applied to the last two weeks of tuition and is refundable with a minimum 30 days’ written notice if childcare needs change.
TUITION PAYMENT / FEE INFORMATION
Tuition payments are due on the 2nd of each month and are processed through AutoPay in the Playground app. Upon request, tuition may instead be processed semi-monthly, with payments scheduled on the 2nd and 16th of each month. Tuition prices adjust in September each year.
WINTER BREAK
Winter Break will take place from Thursday, December 24, 2026, through Friday, January 1, 2027, and the school will reopen on Monday, January 4, 2027. A 20% discount, equal to 4.5 days of tuition, will be automatically applied to December tuition. This break includes four holidays built into tuition—Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day—along with four additional vacation days.
*2 or 3 days/week usually requires 1 day of attendance on Monday or Friday.
